- Total number of beds: 10
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 5; 3 full time and 2 part time. Part time only take call, no clinic coverage
- Responsible for supervising other healthcare providers
- Lab and ultrasound onsite
- Percentage of Low Risk Pregnancy: 70%
- Percentage of High Risk Pregnancy: 30%
- Percentage of GYN: Current state is 40%
- Average Number of GYN Surgeries Per Day: 2-3
- Percentage of Patients for C-Section: 35%

Requirements
- Board Certified in OBGYN
- Active IA License or IMLC
- ACLS, BLS, ACOG, EFM
- COVID Vaccine
- Required procedures:
- Low risk pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB ultrasounds, Routine Delivery, Complicated Delivery, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations, Surgical Gynecology, Operative/Major
