Job Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• 1 physician requested- permanent
• Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
• Epic EMR
• Outpatient/ Inpatient required
• Requires hospital / surgery center privileges
• No admissions
• No temp privileges
• 6 patients/ shift
• 10 beds in dept.
• Hospital NOT stroke certified

Physician Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Licensed in IN only
• BLS req'd
• 90 days to credential
• Peds Level 2

Call Details:

• Beeper
• 30 min response time
• 8 phone consults
• 4 patients seen
• 2 admissions
• Locums call is for both

Avg. 300 deliveries / year
