Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active WA License
• Fellowship - preferred
• ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Procedures: OBGYN surgeries and procedures-miscarriages (suction D&C), ectopics (laparoscopic, lapraotomy), torsion (laparoscopic, laparotomy), sections, hysterectomy

Call

• Beeper
• Call response: 20mins
• Call ratio: 1/6 (1/4 by March)
• Call back: 30%, 4-6
• Phone consults: 2-4
• Patients seen: 2-4
• Admissions: 2-4
• About 9 calls per shift
• Generally stay in the hospital to help with the patients
