Coverage Needed
- ASAP - ongoing
- 6 months - 1 year
- Rotate between 3 facilities
- In house coverage at two facilities
- Off site at 3rd facility
Schedule
- Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- 1st and 2nd facility:
- inhouse call shifts, 7 days per week:
- Shifts: 0700-1730 and 1730 – 0700
- 10.5 hour day shift
- 13.5 hour night shift
- 12 hour shifts on the weekend
- Cannot do back to back 24 hour shifts
- inhouse call shifts, 7 days per week:
- 3rd facility
- off site call coverage only
- Prefer a candidate that would float between the two needs but will also look at candidates for one or the other
Clinical Details
- OBGYN Inpatient and Call Coverage
- Hospital setting
- 1st & 2nd facility: high acuity, medium volume
- 3rd facility: low volume, 1-2 deliveries/day
Requirements
- Skills Preferred: Skilled and competent with performing c-sections, D&Cs, laparoscopic tubals, ectopics, etc.
- BC/BE
- Clean record, no malpractice
- Active MN License
