- On call approx. 5 times per month, regular office hours
- Office: 8a - 4:30p
- Call: 7a - 7a
- At least 6 months
- Clinical Information:
- General OB/GYN physician
- Office practice may include: prenatal care and testing, preventative care services, counseling and consultations, office procedures, preoperative evaluation, ultrasound studies
- Hospital responsibilities may include: Triage evaluation, obstetric consultations, labor management, birth attendance, procedures and surgery as permitted by medical staff privileges for private practice patients, for patients of the center, for unassigned patients, and for other clinicians if needed; Gynecological consultations and surgical procedures as permitted by medical staff privileges
- On call: vaginal birth, operative vaginal birth, Cesarean birth, D&E, laparoscopy
- Support staff: nursing, level 3 NICU, in house anesthesia services
- Call: 4-6 times per month, in house for obstetrics and gynecology
- Volume: 650 births per year, 24 patients per day in office
- On call: LVH-P
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Active PA License
- Must be Board Certified/ Eligible
