Clinical Details

• Total number of beds: 15
• 2-3 Exam rooms
• Onsite lab and ultrasound
• Basic OB/GYN services including colpo
• About 50/50 low risk vs. high risk pregnancies
• 60% of practice is GYN
• Responsible for supervising other health care providers
• Average number of nursery admissions per day: 1-2
• Nursery level 2
• Trauma level 2

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible
• Active IL License or IMLC - Highly Preferred
• NRP
• Must have strong OB and GYN experience
• Full time availability - Highly Preferred
  • will accept 2 weeks/ month at minimum
• Local providers - Highly Preferred
• Case logs for the past 2 years
• Must be willing/able to do both OB and GYN call
• Required OB Procedures: Low risk pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of Interpretation, Amniocentesis
• Required L&D Procedures: Routine Delivery - Vaginal Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section, Complicated Delivery - C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc., VBAC's Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
• Required GYN Procedures: Office/Minor Gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, LEEP, etc., Surgical Gynecology - Open, Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation, LOA's, Chromal Tubation
