OBGYN opening in Montana Located in Helena, MT Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC OBGYN to join private practice of 4 physicians and 1 CNM. Details: - 1:5 Call - Physicians average 600-700 deliveries per year and deliver 35 week +. - Call is home call at 1 hospital, that is a 2 minute walk from the office. - Group compensates Ob/Gyn for backing up the hospitals FPOBs and taking unassigned OB and ED call. - Da Vinci Xi robot available, and most minors are at an attached surgery center. - The surgery center is surgeon-owned within the community and an excellent investment opportunity. - Physicians perform 50-70 hysterectomies per year and operate an average of 1 day per week. - Office hours are typically 8-4:30 with an average of 22-25 patients per day. - There are strict and even OB and Gyn slots in order to keep the patient panel balanced. - LEEP and colposcopy are available in-office. - There are 3 ultrasonographers in-office with contracts with MFM and radiology to read scans, if preferred. - Physicians each have our own comfort level with what we are willing and able to read. - MFM and Gyn Onc have outreach clinics in the office multiple times per month. The physicians operate with Gyn Onc when they are here. - REI and UroGyn are about an hour and a half away. If you want to get out of town, we are located between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks, and you can make it to either after work on Friday for a weekend get-away.
