Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Ontario, Oregon is seeking a locum OBGYN provider for coverage starting in March!

  • Dates Needed:
  • March 15th – 17th (leaving 18th at 0700)
  • March 22nd - March 24th (leaving 25th at 0700)
  • April 26th – 28th (leaving 29th at 0700)

  • Schedule: Must be on site, no remote.
  • 24 hour call coverage, beeper call
  • Locums will NOT be responsible for supervising other providers
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Level II Trauma
  • Client will reimburse for travel

REQUIREMENTS

  • Board Certified - Required
  • OR license - Required
  • DEA and CSR - Required
  • BLS - Required
  • *Must submit proof of COVID vaccine
