MercyOne in Clinton, IA is seeking a Locum OB/GYN to cover 1-2 weeks per month!
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for candidates that can do weekend call for both OB and GYN and also fill in for when our provider is on vacation. The ideal candidate can commit to 1 week/month to work in our clinic and participate in call. The ideal candidate will see primarily Gynecology in the office with some OB. We also would prefer if they are able to do Gynecology surgeries during that week, if needed.
Requirements
- Monday-Friday clinic (7a-5p)
- Weekend call (Friday 5p - Monday 7a)
- Must be experienced with both OB & GYN
- The facility is Level II
- EMR is Cerner
- Low risk and high risk deliveries; complicated & routine
- Credentialing takes 35-40 days

Requirements
- Board Certified - OB/GYN
- BLS & NRP & EFM
- Active IA license or IMLC
- Must be available at least 1 full week per month (including clinic and weekend call)
- Must provide a copy of Driver's License
- Must provide a copy of recent NPDB report
- COVID Vaccination
- Must have experience with Emergency C Sections
Rates needed for submission:
Daily Clinic Rate (7am-5pm) $ 2700 a day
Weekend call (Friday 5p - Monday 7a)- $2700 with 4 hours Gratis.
Call Back: Negotiable
Orientation: Negotiable
Holdiay rate: Paid at 1.5 X
Travel Reimbursement
• $650 for flights
• Lodging: $120/night cap (taxes/fees included)
• $50/day rental car
• Mileage is IRS Standard Rate if driving personal vehicle
