Join a physician-led organization looking for a dedicated OB/GYN to fill need due to recent retirement. Practice with a collaborative group with exceptional APP and administrative support while living in Metro Minneapolis.
• Independent healthcare system with strong leadership, extensive specialties and a dedication to patient care and work/life balance.
• Dedicated support staff with nurse practitioners providing in-office support, surgical PA, and dedicated phone nurses.
• Enjoy a balanced mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology and no limits on procedures.
• 4-day work week with flexible scheduling and generous paid time off.
• 1:7 call.
Compensation Details:
• Competitive, guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2, signing bonus, relocation, and other incentives.
• Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in and significant total compensation.
