We are looking for Locums coverage - OBGYN Laborist with a minimum of 5 years of OB experience required .

Quick Job Overview:

· Location: Houston TX

· Start Date: Once credentialed

· Daily Shift Requirements: 12 or 24's

· Practice Setting: Hospital

· All will work the OBED and take unassigned patients.

GENERAL

Availability for consultations on all obstetric Hospital patients in the Emergency Department or any Hospital-Owned Clinic providing care to obstetric Hospital patients, when requested.

Coordinate transport of acute or critically ill obstetric patients to or from other facilities for appropriate care as necessary.

Availability to provide surgical assist services to Hospital’s obstetrics/gynecology (“OB/GYN”) physicians.

Coverage of Hospital’s obstetrical triage unit to provide evaluation of Hospital patients that present with acute symptoms or signs of labor.

Requirements:

· Current State Medical License - Texas

· Board Certification/Board Eligible: BC or Board Eligible with experience

· DEA/CSR Requirements: Yes
