**OB Hospitalist Opening - Palm Springs, CA**
**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- FTE = 7.5 24hr in-house shifts/month (2190 hours annually)
- Will consider 6 24hr shifts/month (Still benefits eligible)
- Responsibilities include delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation/management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring and ER coverage
- MFM performs rounds and inpatient consults with high risk patients
- Practice attends about 60 deliveries per month
- 30-bed community Level-III NICU/newborns 23 weeks and above
- Affiliated maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology practice support
- 387-bed tertiary acute care facility and is the only Level I Trauma Center in Coachella Valley, serving more than 8,000 square miles of Southeastern California
- Teaching opportunities with fellows, residents and medical students.
