- Description: CHI Saint Joseph's in Mount Sterling is looking for a locum OB/GYN to help fill their urgent March dates and ongoing needs as they arise! BID DUE DATE: Feb 12 3p EST! Dates of Coverage: Shift times: 24 hour call 7a-7aMarch 9 - 7a-6p - Prorated call Mar 11 7a - 12 7aMar 12 - 7a-5p - Prorated callMar 14 7a - 15 7a Mar 16 7a - 17 7a Mar 28 7a - Apr 1 7aOther dates available to give OB provider days off each month. Other specific dates not requested yet. Details: 24 hour call 7a-7aOngoing shifts needed and have yet to be requested. Admissions per day: Varies- average 18-20 deliveries per monthTypes of cases: Triage of patients gt 20 weeks gestation with OB complaint. Deliveries both vaginal and cesarean. GYN cases who present to EDPatients/day: Varies- average 45 triage patients per monthSetting: Small rural facility with level one nursery. Available rooms consist of 1 triage room 2 labor rooms 1 c-section suite and 6 postpartum rooms. EMR: EPICSupport Staff: Anesthesia Staff Certified Nurse Midwife experience labor and delivery staff nurses experience ranges from 5-27 years.Reason for coverage: Locum cancelled assignment/became unresponsive need to replace. Credentialing Information:Timeframe: ~2 months but can be expedited to meet start dateRequirements: Must be able to demonstrate that he or she has performed at least 100 deliveries in the past 24 months and at least 50 major gynecological surgical procedures in the past 24 monthsCredentialing with other facilities? NoBilling enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? NoIMLC - MSO cannot send application without KY license issued. Must apply for state license at acceptance. Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging Rates to submit: Malpractice Rates - Must be included in the rates. Orientation - half the hourly rate kicks in after 8 hours - per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hoursOn call daily - 3350-3750 rate range cap - Must include 4 hours gratis - Per 24 hours to hold the pager to include 4 hours gratis.Call back rate - 345-425 hourly range cap - Must match hourly rate - Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.Corresponding holiday rates - must be 1.5x the regular rate.
