- Guaranteed $375,000 base salary
- Flexibility to design your own 4-day workweek
- 1:6 weekend call
- Approx. 20 deliveries per month
- Access to two da Vinci robots
- NICU Level III with OB emergency department
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
