Work in 100% outpatient clinic alongside primary care providers and mid-level staff (three days a week in office)
Participate in a shared call-schedule, deliveries at nearby hospital
Call is second to the CNMs in the practice with first call rotated 1:3 weekends
Call volume low, some gyn surgery expected
Post call day off
Centers are open standard business hours, generally from 9am-5pm with some extended hours and weekends
