Job Summary
PRN Healthcare and a facility located in Iowa are seeking a Locum OB/GYN to provide coverage for 1-2 weeks per month, encompassing Monday to Friday clinic hours from 7 am to 5 pm, alongside weekend call from Friday 5 pm to Monday 7 am. The ideal candidate should be experienced in both OB and GYN, capable of handling low-risk and high-risk deliveries, as well as routine and complicated cases. The facility requires candidates who can commit to weekend call for both OB and GYN, fill in during provider vacations, and preferably dedicate one week per month to clinic work, inclusive of call participation. Additionally, candidates must be proficient in Gynecology surgeries, able to provide emergent C-section backup when on call simultaneously. Shift Schedule

Shift: Monday – Friday Clinic (7A-5P) + Weekend Call Friday at 5P – Monday at 7A

Scheduling: ASAP – Ongoing (1-2 Weeks/Month)

Required Certification & Experience

• BC in OB/GYN
• BLS & NRP
• EFM Certification preferred
• Available at least 1 full week per month
• Cases and Procedures include: Low-Risk & High-Risk pregnancies, FHR interpretation, Routine & Complicated Deliveries, VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
