Job Description
A Medical Center in Lawton, OK is currently in search of a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join its employed primary care clinic situated on the hospital campus. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The compensation falls within the MGMA-median range for Internal Medicine physicians, and there is no hospital call duty.
The recruitment package may encompass a base salary along with quarterly wRVU production incentives, 5 days of CME with a $3,000 annual allowance, a sign-on bonus, student loan assistance if required, a $10,000 relocation allowance, and 25 days of vacation/holidays annually. Additionally, health benefits, a retirement plan, and support for marketing and practice growth are included.
