The Family Birth Center at MultiCare Auburn Medical Center (MAMC) features 12 private rooms where moms labor, deliver, recover, and stay post-partum. Each of the rooms has a window, jetted tub, sofa, two visitor chairs, one rocking chair, and a baby warmer. For babies needing extended care, an Intermediate Care Nursery with 24/7 coverage from board-certified neonatology specialists is available. Moms also have access to lactation support for help with breastfeeding. MAMC currently performs approximately 1,488 births annually and sees 1,221 triage visits.

This opportunity involves working collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician every time. We are seeking OB/GYNs with exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of our specialty.
