JOB DESCRIPTION:
Medical center in North Carolina is seeking a board certified OBGYN Physician to join our Women's Service Line at an affiliated practice.
Office and hospital coverage
Rotation of 12-hour and 24-hour hospital call
Call shared 1 Physician and 2 Certified Nurse Midwives
Great benefits package
Flexible schedule rotation
Practice Highlights:
200 Deliveries per month average
OB/GYN practice with 4 locations
Join 12 Providers, 2 Hospitalists, 10 CNMs, and 3 APPs
Deliveries and surgeries at hospital, Level III Neonatal Care Unit
HOSPITAL:
A 230-bed offers comprehensive maternity services in a warm and comfortable environment. Our maternity center has been recognized for supporting multiple birthing options and working with families to accommodate birth plans.
Our family-centered approach involves mother-baby care and allows them to stay together in a private room. The same nurse cares for mother and baby, encouraging family bonding and breastfeeding. Skin-to-skin contact and mother-baby care is important in the first hours of life.
