DESCRIPTION: 2 NEEDS

• Volume log 400 deliveries per year.
• Shifts/Month: 7-10
• Priority: Critical
• 1-year experience
• EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· IL state license; active, unrestricted

· Board Certified, ACL,S BLS, DEA

. Procedures: C-sections, D & Cs, Vaginal Deliveries, Ectopic Pregnancy management, ovarian cyst removal, vaginal hemorrhaging management, etc.

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided

. Travel Allowed: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation

SCHEDULE:

• Typical Day: Provider would be responsible for all OBGYN admits, rounding and necessary surgeries, deliveries, etc. Provider will be on call daily (M-Sun) from 7a-7a.
• Time to Credential: 30-60 days
