The Position: We are seeking an OB/GYN Physician and offer the following compensation package:

  • $175,000 to $250,000+ Annual Salary (Based on Experience)
  • 100% Outpatient Opportunity
  • Provider Incentive Bonus - $25,000 annually

Requirements:

  • Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
  • No On-Call, No Weekends, No Holidays, and No Late Nights
  • Current and valid State of Florida Medical License
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN. If Board Eligible, certification to be obtained within (3) years of employment
  • Attendance and graduation from an accredited medical school
  • Attendance and graduation from an accredited residency program
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current and valid DEA Registration Certificate
  • Ability to Pass a Level 2 Background Check and Drug Screen
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provides general care for patients in a patient-centered mode, commensurate with training, experience, and clinic needs, including well-check visits, acute illness visits, family planning, etc.
  • Maintains timely and accurate electronic health record documentation on all patients including office visits, telephone calls, and hospital admissions/visits, if applicable
  • Prepares timely and accurate billing charges; completes and closes tasks within company policy
  • Makes appropriate referrals to other health facilities for further testing, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
  • Manages patient utilization of services
  • Participates in daily huddles
  • Participates in the accreditation agency's ongoing readiness
