Worksite Setting: Employee Health / Outpatient
Scope of Work: Employee Health and Family Practice
Patients per day: Approx 15-20 patients per day, Average 2-3 surgeries/week. 2 CNMs, 2 RNs, 3 MAs, 3 PSRAs, 1 Supervisor

Qualifications

Active Michigan License
DEA
BLS and ACLS are required

Working Hours

Preferred Schedule: 8am - 5pm
