Seeking Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician in Dickinson, North Dakota!

Employment Status – Full-time, FTE 1.0;

⮚ Specialty – Obstetrics and Gynecology

⮚ Location – CHI St. Alexius Health- Dickinson

⮚ Initial Contract Term – Three (3) years; with auto-renewal

⮚ Base Salary:$357,537 Paid based on CHI designated benchmark median:

⮚ Performance Incentive: Starting the first full fiscal year up to 5% of base compensation (defined by updated benchmarks for each fiscal year)

⮚ Productivity Incentive: Paid at $56.17 per w/RVU greater than 6,686 (based on CHI designated benchmarks)
⮚ 1:5 call, Excess Call- $900/24 hour shift or $37.50/hr

⮚ Starting Loan: $30,000 payable within 30 days following start date; forgiven over Three (3) years as long as you remain employed by the Clinic

⮚ Relocation- up to $15,000

⮚ The Clinic will offer the following:

o CME allowance- ($3,000 single-boarded, $5,000 double-boarded)

o Malpractice Insurance

o DEA & ND medical license fees/renewals
