Position Overview:

• Welcome new grads, 2024+
• All deliveries at BV Findlay Hospital
• Group with surgical and robotics expertise
• Surgeries scheduled as needed, surgery team on-call to assist
• Group averages 35-55 deliveries/month, includes midwives at 5-8/month
• No more than 1:4 call
• Business hours range from 7am-7pm
• Physicians have say in their schedules and volumes
• 24-hour in-house pediatric hospitalist service, Level II Special Care Nursery 32 weeks+
• Openings at Findlay South Main and Findlay South Clark Center practices
• Practices adjacent to hospital

Compensation:

• $350k-400k+, base salary plus production bonus
• Student loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF)
• 200 hours of Vacation/CME, 6 days paid holidays, birthday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
