**OBGYN Medical Director Opening in Seaford, DE**
Further your career by serving as a Medical Director for our new OB/Gyn hospitalist program.
* Full-time
* Collaborate and support the clinical team, work alongside the hospital leadership and medical staff while serving as part of the clinical team.
* Report to the national medical director or associate regional medical director, and collaborates with the NMD/AMD, senior vice president of operations and director of operations to maintain close collaboration among the clinical team and hospital leadership, and drive patient safety and quality initiatives.
* Ideal candidates will be board-certified with at least 2 years of leadership experience, able to demonstrate clinical excellence with superior communication skills, practice clinically at the designated facility.
* Qualifications also include a current or in-process Delaware licenses to practice, have active and current skills in the full breadth of the OB/Gyn specialty with the skill set and confidence to be the only covering provider in the event of an emergency, and a focus on providing quality care, placing the patient above all other considerations.
