Work Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling. 6 shifts per month. 24 hours on / 24 hours off.
• Ability to pick up additional shifts
• 4 FT BC Obstetricians covering 24/7 Labor and Delivery, Double Coverage Model

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation package including a base salary and benefits
• Payroll: bi-weekly
• Sign-on bonus, paid out after 6 months of employment. (1-year commitment, payout at 6 months post start of full-time employment with prorated payback if the provider leaves before meeting the 1st year or doesn’t pull FT hours each month for the 1st year.
• Annual Professional Reimbursement allowance for those qualifying as FTE
• Employed W2 with full health benefits, plus
• Malpractice coverage with a tail guarantee
