Position Overview:
• Join an experienced group of OBGYNs, Family Medicine with OB, and APP support - mentorship available!
• Inherit the busy practice of a full scope OBGYN and be busy from day one
• 180 Shift Annually - Design your dream schedule with 80 personal days per year
• Deliveries at only 1 hospital and clinic is on-site; 7 days of OB call per month; Average of 5-6 deliveries per month
• Opportunity for robotic surgery but not a requirement
• Experienced and OBGYNs in training are encouraged to apply
• Support from onsite pediatrics group
Compensation & Benefits:
• Flexible compensation structure - 75th Percentile MGMA
• $100K sign-on/retention bonus package
• $25K toward the down payment on home + paid relocation
• Unheard of Employer 401k Contributions of 20% of your compensation
• Generous CME stipend, Paid Health Benefits & Malpractice Coverage
