We are seeking a Physician - OB/GYN for Ongoing locum coverage with one of our clients in NE.

Job Description:

• Clinic and call (24 hour call rotation every 1:2).

• Request would include clinic, surgical, and call requirements.

• Setting: Inpatient (surgery, rounding, call) and outpatient (clinic and call)

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff: Front Desk and Clinical Staff
  
• Shift(s) Description: Clinic (20 hours) M-F 9a-5p (CST), Surgery (8 hours) M-F (CST), Call 1:2 Call 24 hours must include 4 hours gratis
  

Additional Details:

• Admissions per day, patients/day, types of cases, disclosures that may need to be made, CHI history, etc? 1-2 Gynecologic cases per week, 1-2 deliveries per week, the hospital has OB hospitalist coverage 24/7

• Call is rotating between employed physician and locum which will include clinic call (24 hour call day). Weekend call will also be split between locum and employed physicians. Every 3rd weekend, 1 local physician will pick up weekend call.

• After-hours clinic calls occur for hospital services. Locum will rarely be called back in. Call entails a patient's current health and treatment plan should they need one and notes will be given to locum the next morning of their patient.

• On surgery and clinic days after hours are done, locums has admin time typically 12 hours.

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Active NE License - Preferred -

• Residency Requirements/Fellowship - Required OB/GYN

• Active ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, DEA

• Clean malpractice and background
