OB/GYN Physician Locums Job in Arizona | Call Coverage

Jackson + Coker is partnered with a hospital in Western Arizona needing an OB/GYN for call coverage starting in May and ongoing.

Dates of Coverage: May 18 @ 7am - May 22 @ 7am + 10 days per month starting in June, ongoing

Details/Requirements for Assignment #94351:
-- Active Arizona license required + Arizona DEA preferred
-- Board Certified required
-- 24-Hour call coverage only, 7am - 7am shifts
-- Preferred schedule is 10 days on 4 days off
-- Option to work in 5 or 7 day stretches, dates are flexible to providers availability
-- 70 + bed facility, averages 450 deliveries annually.
-- Level 2 NICU
-- EMR: MedHost
