Position Overview:

Practice Highlights:

  • Practice Type: Hospital-based private OB-GYN group.
  • Group Size: Join a growing team, aiming for a 6 physician group.
  • Procedures: Including TAH, Vaginal Hysterectomy, Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy, Vulvectomy, Sling Procedures, D&C, and more.
  • Facilities: Equipped with 12 exam rooms and 2 Ultrasound rooms, plus Ultrasound and Urodynamics equipment.

Schedule:

  • Workweek: Flexible 4-day workweek.
  • Call Schedule: Only 1 day per week, with the following day off.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive 12-month base salary guarantee at 50% MGMA range.
  • Bonus: Base plus collections.
  • Financials: Practice generates over $4M annually.
  • Payor Mix: 75% commercial, 25% Medicaid/Medicare.
  • Student Loan Assistance: Up to $150k ($15k per year).
  • Sign-On Bonus: $50k.
