24hr Call 8a-8a | 30 Min response
COVERAGE NEED DETAILS :
1. Provider takes 24/7 call for 2-week shift. No clinic on Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tuesdays are dedicated for call and surgeries. Saturday and Sunday, call only.
2. There is a possibility that the site could be flexible to 1 week/1 week off, but we would need to have 2 candidates willing to work this schedule and rotate accordingly and consistently. The preference is 1 candidate willing to work 2 weeks on/2off ongoing.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Active PA State License
2. DEA Required: Yes
3. Required Procedures: C-section, hysterectomy, tubal ligations, IUD insertions
4. Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS & NRP
5. Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 0 - 5, preference of 5yrs but willing to review candidates with less experience.
JOB INFORMATIONS
1. Typical Day: Clinic hours 8:30a-4:30p with adjustments for delivery time and surgery time, flexible
2. Staff onsite: 1 Mid wife for clinic, schedule is scattered but she does take 1st call
3. Rounding in AM, only on moms and surgical patients if there are overnight stays
15-20 pts per day in clinic.
4. Avg Admissions while on call: 1-2 per week.
5. Procedures: C-section, hysterectomy, tubal ligations, IUD insertions.
