COVERAGE: Obstetrics and Gynecology
Site is needing support once credentialed
Gap in the schedule due to unexpected circumstances
Start Date: as soon as possible
End Date: ongoing
1 provider, low volume, 2 OB in town covering their patients
Reason for coverage: Staff Leaving
Call schedule (i.e. 1:3 weekday and 1:3 weekend)
Call back % rare
Patient per day per physician – maybe 1 unsure
EMR/Documentation - medhost
Support staff (Other MDs, NP/PA, RN etc) -Hospitalist & RN
Board certification required or preferred: preferred
Hospital credentialing required? - yes
deliveries and surgery requirements? - Yes, deliveries to include c-sections
Malpractice count restrictions - 1/3
Average number of deliveries - .8
Average number of procedures - .8
Level of Nursery - 1
High risk patient protocol - yes
