- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days
- Prefer 40 hours work week but will accept 32 hours as well
- 20 - 22 patients per day
- Prenatal care, women health providing women healthcare and routine prenatal visits
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
