Location: Astoria, OR

Duration: ASAP for 3+ months (potential for extension)

Reason for coverage: Locums leaving.

Schedule: 4 10s per week. Would prefer 1 provider that can work full time, but would settle for 2 providers that can cover 2 weeks on/2 weeks off

Shift: 8am-6pm

Call: up to 10 call shifts per month

Patient volume: 8-15 patients per day. 15-25 deliveries per month

Scope: Full Scope OBGYN

EMR: Cerner

Requirements (boards, license): Active Oregon License, Board Certified or Board Eligible, current ACLS
