Looking for a Locum that can cover Weekday call in the hospital.
Prefer local if available.
Clean Malpractice is required due to credentialing timeframe for Dec dates
Dates:-
Dec 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th
Dec 27th, 28th, and 29th. On call 7am- 7am
Hospital call is 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. on the dates assigned.
Specialty Needed - OB GYN
Will you accept Multiple providers - 1-2 providers
Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital - 7 a.m. - 7 a.m. Hospital Call
What are the days for Call - Weekday and Weekend
What Time does the Call start - 7 a.m.
What Time does Call end - 7 a.m.
What support staff is available - RN
Age of patients - teens - 80
Number of patients seen per day in clinic - 15 - 25 depending on the day
What is the Number of phone Consults - less than 5 in 72 hours
Board Certified or Board Eligible - either
Is Fellowship required - yes
Reason For Need - Provider leaving
How Long Does Credentialing Take - 3 - 6 months
Are Temp Privileges Granted - yes
Travel and Lodging (is there a Corp Rate somewhere?) no
Rounding - yes
Average Number of Admissions per shift - 1 or less
