  • Full-time
  • Permanent
  • 1:5 call schedule
  • Davinci XI
  • Currently 2 physician with 4 NPs
  • 1 call day, 1 surgery day, 3 office days
  • 36 patient facing hours, 4 admin hours/week
  • Weekend call rotates

Hospital-Based Services Including XI daVinci robot x 2 & SI daVinci robot x 2 with teaching console and extremely experienced robot support staff Strong gynecology operating room support with access to the most up to date tools required to perform the full scope of gynecologic surgery including but not limited to: CO2 laser, Myosure, Novasure, Hydrothermal ablation, and LigaSure Office EPIC EMR integrated with hospital EMR for continuity of care Streamlined consultation services from all subspecialties, including but not limited to: Gyn Onc, Urogynecology, MFM, Genetics, Anesthesia and REI Level III NICU and PICU In house 24/7 Anesthesia coverage Compensation Competitive compensation, including income guarantee, with bonus incentives Stipends available for current residents Generous start-up and retention bonuses; relocation allowance Paid malpractice Paid vacation Paid days for CME with annual reimbursed allowance Full benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision and legal insurance Retirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a) Short- and Long-Term Occupation Disability Customized marketing and tech support Leadership development through board and committee opportunities Close association with Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine About the Group Founded in 1995, Health Group has more than 13,000 employees and 2,300 physicians, all with one mission: to build healthier communities.
