Oregon Coast OBGYN Locums Details:
Location: Oregon Coast near Mouth of Columbia River
90 miles from Portland

Duration: ASAP for 3+ months (potential for extension)

Schedule: Flexible, part time or fulltime preferred
4 10s per week. Would prefer 1 provider that can work full time, but would settle for 2 providers that can cover 2 weeks on/2 weeks off

Shift: 8am-6pm

Call: up to 10 call shifts per month

Patient volume: 8-15 patients per day. 15-25 deliveries per month

Scope:

Required procedures: In Clinic: OB care, New OB visits, GYN consults, IUD placements, removals, Nexplanon placements and removals, colposcopies, LEEPs, EMB's, vulvar biopsies.

Surgical procedures: D&C, hysterectomies, C-sections, salpingectomy, hysteroscopy, OB versions. Will always have another OB for assist. Sometimes combine procedures with General Surgeon.

EMR: Cerner

Hospital: 25 bed critical access facility. Level 1 Nursery with 24/7 PEDs call coverage

Transfer policy: we do not to VBACs, do not deliver before 35 weeks. Transfer to Portland or Longview for anyone <35 weeks and can safely transport.

Requirements (boards, license): Active Oregon License, Board Certified or Board Eligible, current ACLS
