Locum Source is assisting facilities throughout Arizona seeking OB/GYN coverage. Working with Locum Source has many benefits, including housing, travel, state licensing reimbursement, and malpractice insurance. Below is more detailed information regarding the opportunity.
Position 1:
- Coverage: OB Laborist
- Call Only
- ASAP - ongoing coverage
- The provider needs to be available for the full Friday to Monday am blocks.
- Standard Schedule/hours: Friday 7 am through Monday 7 am
Position 2:
- AZ License
- AZ DEA preferred
- Past 2 years Case Logs
- Current COI
- Peer References
- Clean NPDB - No Reports
Position 3:
- OB/GYN coverage
- Only submit providers that can work a block of dates listed.
- Dates:
- March 21 @ 07 – March 24 @ 07
- March 29 @ 07 – April 3 @ 07
- April 20 @ 07 - April 27 @ 07
- May 2 @ 07 – May 8 @ 07
- Ongoing need.
- 4-7 days/month on average needed
- Phone Consults: Ten to Fifteen
- There is rounding
- Admissions per shift: 5-10
- Patients: adolescent to geriatric
- RN available as support staff
- Rush credentialing takes 3 weeks
- Does Provider need to be Board Certified: Eligible is fine
