Flagstaff, AZ
- FQHC
- 3 month contract with option to extend
- 3 x 8 hr clinic days/week
- 1-2 x 24 hr call shift/week
- Outpatient and Inpatient
- 16-18 patients a day in clinic
- Approx 60 delivery/month
- Tolac and ECV experience a plus
- AZ License, BLS, NRP
- Covid Vaccination
- Weekly Pay
- 1099
