OB/GYN Medical Director Opportunity - Salisbury, MD
TidalHealth located in Salisbury Maryland is seeking board-certified and accomplished OB/GYN inspired to provide leadership to the growing division of OB/GYN and the birth of a niche OB/GYN practice. Practice OB/GYN in the family-oriented eastern shore of Maryland with an extraordinary work-life balance including a 4-day work week while being supported by a growing health system with a physician-led, professionally managed, multi-specialty group where providers enjoy a familial sense of collegiality.The successful candidate will collaborate with the administrative support staff to ensure the provision of safe, high-quality patient care. The division director will play an integral role in defining the growth strategy and clinical initiatives of the service line and will be closely involved with provider recruitment. Also, the division director will be responsible for supporting the educational initiatives of the department and will work with other clinical leaders to further the clinical and educational mission of TidalHealth Medical Partners.
