OB/GYN Opportunity in Coastal Oregon

Be part of the only OB/GYN group in a scenic coastal community where demand for women's health services is high and growing. This physician-owned multispecialty group offers full-spectrum OB and GYN practice with surgical support, mentorship, and partnership potential. Enjoy a balanced schedule, autonomy in your clinical focus, and a tight-knit medical team dedicated to long-term patient care.

Practice Overview

  • You'll join a well-established OB/GYN team with 3 physicians, 2 CNMs, and 2 WHCNPs
  • 50% OB / 50% GYN split, with flexibility based on your interest
  • Average 10-15 deliveries/month per physician and 35 GYN surgeries/month
  • Robotic surgery available; midwives and surgical PA assist in C-sections and GYN cases


Schedule

  • 4-day workweek with time divided between clinic and OR
  • 1:4 weekday and weekend call, with post-call days off considered
  • 16-20 clinic patients per day with block OR time available
  • Opportunities to teach medical students or residents if desired


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with annual partner income potential of $700K-$800K!
  • 2-year partnership track - Partners earning $700k+
  • Signing bonus; Loan repayment options - $75k for 2-year contract
  • 20 days PTO (4-day workweek) , $3,000 CME, retirement, full medical benefits


Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
  • Proficient in full-spectrum OB and GYN care; robotic experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills and desire to contribute to a collaborative team
