I currently represent an employed Obstetrics and Gynecology position in North Carolina. This comes to you with big earning potential and a beautiful area to live.

Established hospital and practice looking to add another OBYGN to the team between Fayetteville and Jacksonville, North Carolina. Big income potential with little to no competition.

– Join an established practice with 2 other OBGYNs, 5 nurses, call support, and all hospital specialties
– Call is 1:3 and looking to get it to 1:4, any extra call is paid at $800 a shift
– Current hospital is performing 400+ deliveries a year and are a level II nursery
– Latest Stryker Towers for laparoscopic procedures, C-sections performed, and GE Centricity Centralized Fatal monitoring
– 81 bed acute care hospital with 20 medical specialties on site

Compensation and Benefits:
– Base salary, guaranteed production bonus year 1, quality incentives and more give you the ability to earn over $500,000 a year
– $50,000-$80,00 sign on bonus or more based on years of commitment, up to $10,000 in relocation allowance, and $5,000 in CME a year
– 401k with match, 457b, medical, dental and life insurance provided
