Nocturnist Opening in NY Located in Oswego Syracuse 45m Full-time; permanent Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established nocturnist program in Oswego, NY. Planning for a 2027 retirement — open to 2026 and 2027 available candidates. Visa sponsorship available. Practice Highlights
- 7 days on/7 days off; 7pm–7am with Tuesday changeover
- No call required
- Budgeted census of 40–48 patients; approximately 6–8 admissions per night
- 44 private and 4 semi-private med-surg rooms; 8-bed ICU (typically 6 rooms utilized)
- Adult patients only (18+)
- Open ICU with daytime PCCM physicians and 7pm–7am Tele-Intensivist coverage
- 24/7 specialty on-call support
- Procedures preferred: central lines, intubations, thoracentesis and paracentesis
- Meditech EMR Qualifications
- BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 2026 or 2027 available candidates only
- Eligible for New York medical licensure
- Visa sponsorship available Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range $350,000–$400,000
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Student loan repayment up to $30,000 over contract length, if applicable
- Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
- 120 hours paid time off plus 60 hours CME time off
- $5,500 annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement
- Malpractice paid by employer

- 3-year employment agreement
