- Location: Northwest Oregon
- Facility: 40 bed, Level 3 trauma
- Patient Census: 15-18 patients/day
- Coverage:
- Physician
- 6PM to 6AM
- Physician
- Call: N/A
- EMR System: MediTech
- Certification: BC/BE ABIM
- License: Active Oregon upon presentation
- Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS
