Nocturnist Opening in Pueblo, CO Colorado Springs 42m Full-time Seeking a motivated, board-certified or board-eligible Nocturnist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be full-time and passionate about delivering excellent patient care within a supportive, physician-led environment. * Schedule: Six-on, nine-off; 144 twelve-hour shifts/year (extra shifts available) * Provide overnight hospitalist care * Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers across hospital locations * Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management * Support a closed ICU managed by Pulmonary/Critical Care fellows * Engage in mentoring and collaborative teamwork * Physician-led medical group with nearly 1,600 providers Qualifications: * Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (0-5 years post-residency) * Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain * DEA license (required prior to start) Compensation and Benefits: * Compensation: $252,000 - $280,000 annually + potential bonuses * Relocation assistance available * Paid malpractice coverage * Generous CME allowance * Retirement plans with employer match (403(b) and optional 457(b)) * Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance * Wellness and voluntary benefits including FSA, HSA, pet insurance, identity theft protection * Paid family and medical leave per Colorado FAMLI guidelines * Time off benefits starting at employment
