- Two Nocturnist Openings at a world-renowned hospital
- Attractive compensation and comprehensive benefits including two weeks clinical PTO; PSLF eligible (non-profit)
- Schedule: 7-on/7-off, 12-hour shifts (5:30p–5:30a, 6:30p–6:30a, or 7p–7a)
- Closed ICU – no procedures or intubations required
- Twenty–35 nightly encounters with three physicians on shift; 8–15 admissions per night
- Epic EMR with strong support from ICU physicians and Clinical Alert Nurses
- Residents involved: admissions distributed with support from Internal Medicine residents
- Team-based environment – engaging, collaborative physicians who enjoy teaching
