• 7 on and 7 off schedule
• $450,000 Income Potential - Current Nocturnists earn $478,000 per year
• By-laws require BE/BC Internal Medicine, cannot accept FMs
• $45k Sign on Bonus, $10k Relocation, and Retention Bonus
• 1 Week of Paid Time Off per Year
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
