Perm Nocturnist – Troy, NY | $332,800 Base Salary + Up to $40K Bonus | 12-Hour Night Shifts

Location: Troy, New York
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts (7 PM – 7 AM) | Closed ICU Setting
Base Salary: $332,800 annually + up to $40,000 sign-on bonus

Position Overview

A leading health system in New York's Capital Region is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join its experienced nocturnist team. Provide overnight care in a closed ICU environment with strong support from ICU specialists and advanced practice providers.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – REQUIRED

• Recent graduates on track for certification – WELCOME

• Active NY medical license or willingness to obtain – REQUIRED

• DEA registration or intent to obtain – REQUIRED

• EPIC EMR experience – Preferred

• H-1B visa candidates accepted (J-1 not accepted)

• Must live >30 miles from hospital (local candidates ineligible)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $332,800 annually (base)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000 (negotiable)
Relocation Assistance: Reimbursement-based (based on distance)
