$332,800 + Bonus | Nocturnist Physician – Full-Time | Troy, NY

A respected hospital in Troy, New York is seeking full-time Nocturnists to join its established, employed hospital medicine group. This is a great opportunity for physicians who value strong team collaboration, physician-friendly policies, and a flexible, well-supported practice environment.

Position Highlights:

• Join a well-established hospitalist team with excellent system support

• 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM); 7 on / 7 off schedule

• Average census: 15–18 patients per physician per night

• Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) assist with coverage

• Closed ICU – No ICU management required by hospitalists

• No required procedures

• Nocturnists are responsible for running rapid responses and codes

• Supportive and collaborative environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $332,800/year

• Starting bonus up to $40,000 (to be discussed during interview)

• Relocation allowance based on distance moved (reimbursement model)

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine – REQUIRED

• New York medical license (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED

• DEA certification (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice and license history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
