Deaconess Henderson Hospital (primary work location in Henderson, KY), Deaconess Midtown Hospital & Deaconess Gateway Hospital (IN).
*Procedures not required at the above locations
- Competitive Compensation ($360K)
- Sign-on Bonus ($20K)
- Residency Stipend of up to a total of $50K as applicable
- Primarily staffing at Deaconess Henderson Hospital
- There are 60+ employed Hospitalists in the group
- There is 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) supporting Deaconess Gateway Hospital
- Program started approximately 25+ years ago
- Shifts are 12 hours in length (7pm-7am)
- 144 shifts/year (full-time), flexible schedul
Average # of admissions per night:
- Henderson: 6-8 patients, plus cross-cover/codes (1 nocturnist staffed)
- Midtown: 7-9 patients each, plus cross-coverage/codes (2 nocturnist staffed)
- Gateway: 7-9 patients each, plus cross-coverage/codes (2 nocturnist staffed)
- Each campus has an open ICU
- Referral base includes ED visits, direct admissions, and regional transfers
- Robust subspecialty support
